     With over 25 years of legal experience in the areas of employment, business, corporate, securities, personal injury, and general civil litigation, Rod Bidgoli is widely regarded as one of Southern California’s most respected trial lawyers.  He has a successful track record in civil trials and arbitrations.  He's one of a handful of attorneys who has tried a class action all the way to a jury verdict.  As a Certified Mediator, Rod has successfully resolved hundreds of cases throughout his career.

    Rod has been a civil trial lawyer who has represented corporations and consumers in cases involving RICO, employment, corporate securities, complex business litigation, major personal injury, professional liability and more. He has also been General Counsel for two multi-state companies.

    Rod is also a Certified Mediator and has acted as mediator and/or arbitrator in cases in the fields of employment, corporate securities, business, personal injury, real estate, computers, lemon law, landlord-tenant, as well as a host of other legal matters. He conducts Mandatory Settlement Conferences for the Orange County Superior Court in civil litigation matters on a regular basis.

    Prior to becoming an attorney, Rod was the Director of Management Information Systems at California State University, Fullerton. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
